Had a great Xmas stay at this hotel! the breakfast was amazing, with a variety of options that included fresh fruit and hot dishes. the location was perfect for exploring the city and getting around easily. Another aspect we enjoyed was the cleanliness of our room and the kind staff who went out of their way to make us feel welcome.
The check-out process. the staff seemed to have some confusion about the details and we had to ask multiple times for an extension on our checkout time.

The hotel had a convenient location close to the main bus and train stations. The staff was friendly and welcoming upon check-in, giving us a warm greeting and providing a quick and efficient check-in process. The included breakfast was basic, but satisfying enough to start the day off right.
Our room left much to be desired. The bed was uncomfortable and the linens seemed old and worn.
